Rent is circa 2.500 Euro per month, exclusive of utilities. We think of a temporary rent for a period of 2 years with extensive warranty claim to make sure the apartment\/penthouse will remain in a good condition.<\/p>\n<p>In specific cases it is possible to buy the apartment\/penthouse at the end of the rental period.
